How we handle your information

Who collects it

Bespoke Behavioral Company, trading as Bespoke Behavioral Services, a private applied behavior analysis practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

The name you give for the person the assessment is about, your own name and relationship to them, your email address or phone number so we can reach you about the results, your answers to the statements, and anything you type into the notes boxes. We do not ask for a date of birth, a school name, a national identity number, or any medical record.

Why we collect it

To identify which skills to teach, to write and review a treatment plan, and to measure change when the same assessment is repeated later. It becomes part of the clinical record we already hold for your child.

Where it is stored

In Bespoke's own Microsoft and Azure accounts. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not passed to any third party except where we are required to by law, or where you have given separate written consent for us to share with a school or another professional.

Who can see it

The clinicians working with your child, and the practice director. Access requires a Bespoke account sign in.

How long we keep it

For as long as we hold the clinical record for your child, and then according to the retention period in our records policy.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was already done with the information, and it may limit what we can do clinically. Email hello@bespokebehavioralservices.com to make any of these requests.

Children

Assessments about a child are completed by a parent or legal guardian, or by someone the parent has authorized. If you are not that person, stop and tell us before you continue.
